Throughout her career, she has specialized in mall leasing for public REITs and boutique urban developers, building a reputation for driving growth through innovative leasing and merchandising strategies.
From 2016 to 2025, Marci served as Senior Director of Real Estate at Crate & Barrel, where she oversaw a diverse portfolio of more than 180 leases across North America. During her tenure, she delivered significant operational efficiencies and financial results through data-driven market analysis, strategic negotiations and collaborative partnerships. She helped increase national capacity by 20% and generated more than $6 million in savings over a three-year period.
Marci’s career includes leadership roles on several high-profile developments, including the $150 million Addison Park on Clark project adjacent to Wrigley Field and a $260 million mixed-use development in Chicago’s Lincoln Park. Her expertise in market research, consumer trends, demographic analysis and retail merchandising has enabled her to optimize leasing performance and create vibrant, successful destinations.
