john joined Stone Real Estate Corporation in 2001 after having worked at Equity Residential and Marcus Evans. Born and raised in New Jersey, John moved to Chicago in 1992, John earned his Master’s degree from the University of Illinois, a Bachelor’s degree from Boston College and is a member of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member).
Passionate about his work and dedicated to his clients, John has intimate knowledge of Chicago’s Loop and key neighborhood trade areas. John concentrates on both landlord and tenant representation. His current leasing assignments include The Franklin, The Rookery, Burnham Center, The Wrigley Building, Illinois Center, Gin Alley, Mila, One 8. Wacker, 110 N. Wacker, 123 N. Wacker, 311 S. Wacker, 500 W. Monroe, 1S. Dearborn, 161 N. Clark, One E. Brie and 3452 N. Southport. On the tenant side, John represents Apple, Amazon Books, Amazon Go, Allbirds, Madewell, Warby Parker, Equinox, Aritzia, Lucid Motors, Veronica Beard, The Shade Store and Sam Fox Restaurant Group.
Landlord and tenant representation in Downtown Chicago, as well as the neighborhoods of Gold Coast, The Magnificent Mile, River North, Fulton Market, Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Bucktown and surrounding suburban downtowns of Naperville, Hinsdale, Evanston, Wilmette and Lake Forest.
