Jason brings a diverse background, experience and command of the metropolitan Chicago commercial real estate market. Jason earned his bachelors and master’s degrees in Urban Planning from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Over the past twenty years Jason has assembled a unique skill set that has made him one of Chicago’s top retail brokers. Jason consistently exceeds clients’ expectations and offers a unique ability to articulate the nuances and interrelationships of the various Chicago neighborhoods and suburban markets.
Jason has represented several national tenants locally, such as Ann Taylor, LOFT, Naturalizer, and Perry’s Steakhouse. He spearheaded Jos. A. Bank Clothiers’ expansion in metropolitan Chicago, Wisconsin and Indiana completing over 25 leases. Jason excels at complicated projects helping tenants and landlords maneuver the most complex retail scenarios. From understanding retail operations of challenging urban sites to unlocking value within restrictive co-tenancy clauses. Jason has completed over $500 million dollars and leased 2.1 million square feet of space.
