Noah joined Stone Real Estate in 2021, after spending 13 years as a principal of RN Realty, where he established the firm’s brokerage division. With nearly two decades of real estate experience, his first several years were spent with LaSalle Bank (now Bank of America) in their commercial lending division. Since then, Noah has built a diverse client base, taking on various roles across tenant and landlord leasing representation, investment sales and assisting banks with distressed properties. Noah has represented national landlords including Goldman Sachs, Westwood Financial, Acadia, Draper & Kramer, MLL Capital, Tabani Group and Golub. He has handled retail site selection for JD Sports, CVS, Club Pilates, PetSuites of America and Smoothie King. .
Noah attended Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and graduated with a double major in Finance and Entrepreneurship. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a licensed managing broker in the states of Illinois and Indiana. Noah and his family live in Chicago’s Southport Corridor. He has invested in his community and is determined to bring more retail businesses to his neighborhood as a member of the Lakeview Chamber of Commerce Business Recruitment Committee. Additionally, Noah is a founding member of the National Down Syndrome Society’s Postsecondary Education Scholarship Initiative and volunteers his time with Breakthrough T1D
